What is it?

Main requirements to apply for this visa
1. Business Plan viable
To demonstrate the economic feasibility and professional project, including an analysis of the market and revenue projections.
2. Initial economic resources
You have enough funds to cover the initial investment and the maintenance staff and family.
3. Health insurance
Valid in Spain.
4. Lack of a criminal record in Spain
Also must have no criminal record in the country of previous residence.
5. Licenses and licensing professional
In the case of regulated professions (lawyers, doctors, architects), it is necessary to prove the enabling appropriate.
6. Economic resources required
- Main applicant: at least 100% of the IPREM annual current.
- Family companions: additional income proportional, normally between 50% and 75% of the IPREM for each member.
(Example 2025: with an IPREM approximately €600/month, would be 7.200 € per year for the applicant and 3,600–4,500 to € additional family member).
